PROGRAM OVERVIEW The 10 to 12-week paid internship program has three (3) core components: · Orientation; · Intern Workshops; and · Performance Reviews. nextCAREERS interns acquire a competitive advantage through the relationships they build, the experience they acquire, and the additional knowledge they gain through “Success Strategies” seminars. These seminars focus on: · Corporate Culture Basic Training; · Financial Literacy; · Effective Communication Skills; · Developing · Building Your Personal Brand. What Students say about the Program
